How to Install Panfan

We recommend installation is performed by a licensed plumber and/or an electrician.

To get started, you'll need:

Less than 1 hour

Standard piping

50ø up to 40LM or 40ø up to 20LM

Standard pipe bends

Up to 12 bends x 90˚ (if required)

1 Powerpoint

Connected to the bathroom light switch circuit

Toilet

In working condition

Step 1

Determine location of toilet and height of toilet cistern for vent pipe inlet of Panfan.

Step 2

Determine location of external vent to soffit line or roof penetration.

Step 3

Run vent pipe from toilet location to vent location, gluing all pipework.

Step 4

Choose best location along vent pipe installed for Panfan unit. Cut out section of vent pipe to allow for unit to be placed in between. Ensure accessibility for future service.

Step 5

Secure Panfan unit with flexible foam tape (as provided) to vent pipe at each end. DO NOT GLUE unit to end.

Step 6

Plug unit into power outlet, linked to desired switch.
